Q. Is my credit card information safe
when ordering services from you online? |
|
A. Yes, your credit card information is
safe, even we here at AdultContentProductions do not
have access to your credit information. All of our
billing is processed through Clear Card Services, the
server you submit your credit information to when
placing your order is secure. |

A. Yes, all the content we sell is 2257
compliant. Each set/video comes with the models 2257
documentation. |

Q. What is the difference between
Exclusive, Non-Exclusive Content? |
|
A. If the content has an exclusive price,
it has not been sold to any adult website and will not
be sold to any other website if you purchase it at the
exclusive price. Non-Exclusive price means the content
will be sold to multiple purchasers. |

Q. What is a custom shoot? |
|
A. You can submit a request for a custom
shoot for some of our models. This is where you request
a specific scene, specific clothing and even a script if
your requesting a video. We will then email you a price
to shoot that scene. The price includes the models time,
the photographer/videographer and anything needed to
shoot the scene as you requested. You will be quoted a
price for exclusive and non-exclusive use of the
content. |

Q. Are images altered in any way? |
|
A. No the images you receive are exactly
as they were shot to the media source. |

Q. How do I receive my content after I
place my order? |
|
A. You will receive an email once your
payment has been processed, this could take up to 24
hours or longer if your order was placed on a weekend.
The email you receive will have information on how you
can receive your ordered content. This is done by Online
Download, You must download your content within 3 days
of receiving the email. |

Q. I am a model-adult film actor or
actress and I would like to have a profile on
AdultContentProductions how can I get a profile on your
website? |

A. Please feel free to submit an

Q. Do you charge a fee to have a
profile on AdultContentProductions? |
|
A. We will place a profile on our website
for you at no charge, if we book a shoot/part for you we
charge 10% of the amount you will be paid for that
shoot/part. |

Q. How is the pay for a shoot or part
determined, how much will I be paid? |
|
A. After we receive your model profile
request, you will be contacted by phone to discuss your
minimal acceptable pay for each different type of scene
you are willing to shoot. This in no way means we will
market you for this minimal pay. All casting agents and
producers are asked what they are willing to pay for a
specific scene/shoot when they submit an availability
request for your services. |

Q. How and who will pay me for a
shoot/scene if I accept the job? |
|
A. You will be paid by the company/person
that requested the shoot/scene, method of payment and
whether you are paid before or after a shoot/scene is
your choice and should be arranged prior to the day of
your shoot/scene. |

Q. I see a model-talent that I would
like to check the availability on how do I do this? |
|
A. On the main talent page at the bottom
of each model-talent teaser profile is a "Get Info"
link, when you click on this link you will be taken to
the full profile for that model-talent. At the bottom of
the full profile page is a model availability form you
can submit to check that particular model-talents
availability for the shoot/scene and pay you are
offering. |

Q. The model-talent I made an
agreement with did not show or showed up to late for
his/her shoot/scene. Am I entitled to any compensation
from AdultContentProductions for my production losses? |
|
A. No, AdultContentProductions only acts
as a booking agent for the models-talent listed on our
website. The model-talent is an independent artist and
responsible for their actions. You can notify us if a
model does not show or acts in any un-professional way
as we do not wish to be associated with un-professional
talent in any way and we will never know if we are not
notified. |
