Please review the following list of what
you can do and cannot do with the content you purchase
from AdultContentProductions.com. |

| Your purchase allows you to use the purchased
content for personal use only or on up to 10 domains that you own, the domain
registration must be in your personal or your company
name! You must supply these domain names when you make
your purchase, and notify us when you add new websites
that will be using this content. You must purchase
additional licenses if you wish to place this content on
more than 10 websites. You can purchase an additional 10
domain license for only $10.00 by clicking on the
"Additional Licenses" link in the leftside menu. This
additional license covers all content purchased from ACP.
Buy one additional license and you can place our content
on up to 20 domains, buy 2 additional licenses and you
can place all content bought from ACP on up to 30
domains. |

- You may use this content in the design of your
websites banners, graphics and logos.
- This content License is for Web (Internet) use only, you
can contact us to find out how to purchase a print
license or dvd production rights for this content.
- This content is not allowed to be distributed or
resold, it is licensed only to
websites you own.
- Content purchased from ACP may not be made
available to your members in any type of
downloadable file including but not limited to zip
files, dvd or cd rom collections.
- Only 10% of images may be used for free hosted
galleries, Video Content may not be used in free
hosted galleries.
- You may post up to 20% of purchased content on
TGP for promotion of your website(s)
- Picture resizing and editing is allowed.
- You may not use the models real name in any
form! The content sets are named per the models
stage name and you can feel free to use the stage
name.
- This content may not be posted in any
newsgroups.
- Do not upload to your web server the docs file
included with each set. This is critical 2257
information just for you the webmaster, please do
not put any models personal information at risk by
doing this!
- You may not sell or redistribute this content in
anyway to any person or webmaster. The only
exception to this is if you sell your website to
another party, you may then submit in writing to
AdultContentProductions.Com a request to have this
ownership and license information changed over to
the new owner. There is a $100.00 administrative fee
for this service and no changes will be made until
this fee is paid.

your purchase. You are asked to please print the
document and fax/email the signed license back to AdultContentProductions.Com to complete the process! The
content is not legally yours until we receive this
signed license. |
